Design and build contract for KFC restaurant on an existing retail park in Hengrove, Bristol.

Building designed to suit tenant’s specification and consists of a structural steelwork portal frame structure in both directions to accommodate the glazed and clad elevations.

Traditional strip and pad foundations have been designed to support the building with an insitu suspended ground floor slab.

Foul and surface water drainage connects to existing site drainage infrastructure with the surface water passing via a petrol interceptor.

External car park and access road is designed with tarmacadam finish with block paviors footpaths.
