Hotel comprises of 120 bedrooms with conferencing facilities. The superstructure consists of traditional cross wall masonry construction supporting pre cast concrete hollow core floors with a steelwork modular roof structure of cold formed trusses at 1500 centres.
Foundations are traditional concrete pad and strips with ground bearing insitu cast concrete ground floor.
Externally the car park consists of a sustainable urban design solution utilizing Formpave tanked attenuation system with foul drainage connections to existing.
The roof structure was fabricated off site and consisted of a steelwork modular clad system formed with trusses at 1.5m centres. The modular panels were delivered to site in 7m sections.
